Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING
Our delivery trucks can travel to retail furniture stores within Texas and Northern Oklahoma. If you would like to have your products shipped outside of these areas, we can coordinate shipping via UPS. All items may be shipped via UPS with the exception of Mattresses. Local shipping usually takes between 1-5 business days depending on the destination area. Although we do not have a minimum order requirement, we cannot send local delivery trucks outside of the Dallas Metroplex area for orders less than $1000.00 unless we have a scheduled route for neighboring retail location(s)..

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

RETURNS POLICY
If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with PFC Furniture Industries within 3 days from date of despatch of goods. All items shipped are sent in it's original packaging direct from the manufacturer. If you discover damage on your new items, please contact our office immediately. We will ask for images of the damage and a brief description. Upon further review, a representative from our shipping team will contact you to discuss your options of repair or replacement.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit may be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges will not be permitted.
